Fashion Police : Who Wore What at the Preity - Gene Wedding Reception

Even though the couple got married a while ago, Preity Zinta and husband Gene Goodenough organized a wedding reception for their family and friends in Mumbai on Friday night.

Preity looked every bit of a gorgeous new bride in a red floral embroidered gown by long time friend and designer, Manish Malhotra. Her one shoulder gown was styled with a matching lip and sparkly diamonds by Farah Ali Khan.

While the bride looked pretty, here's are the guests putting their best festive fashion foot forward:

The gorgeous Lara Dutta did a sheer floral embroidered lehenga saree by Sabysachi with a black clutch, a head band and chandelier earrings finishing her look out.

2. Madhuri Dixit in Anju Modi

Madhuri looked radiant in a blue and white ensemble by Anju Modi. Love the centre parted bun and the bindi. Her jewellery is by PN Gadgil.

3. Sophie Choudry in Manish Malhotra

Wearing a blush pink floral beaded Manish Malhotra gown, Sophie styled her look with a box clutch and a pink lip.

4. Juhi Chawla in Peppermint Diva

Juhi Chawla came in to congratulate the new couple wearing a red embroidered kurta and gold lehenga skirt combo by Peppermint Diva. Big earringsfrom Yoube Jewellry and a glitter clutch rounded her look out.

5. Divya Khosla Kumar in Manish Malhotra

Divya Khosla Kumar wore a black Manish Malhotra gown with a traditional choker. I like that she kept her hair and make up simple, but the choker really looked foreced with the gown.

6. Mira Rajput Kapoor in Varun Bahl Couture

Mira showed off her early maternity style in a beautiful floral embroidered suit by Varun Bahl. In a sea of lehenga and sarees and gowns, her cropped pants traditional look made for a refreshing change.
