The campaign is inspired by the city of London, its lively beauty and pristine elegance. Aimed at classic looking men, the launch also celebrates its contemporary read-to-wear men’s collection including the new Chelsea fit Heritage Trench Coat.

About the scent, Burberry says, “Sensual and elegant with a striking brightness, Mr. Burberry sets the tone with uplifting yet sophisticated grapefruit and complex cardamom. At the heart, an accord of birch leaf warms the core with balancing cedar wood. Layered with vetiver and guaiac wood, it graduates to a smokey scent with clean, earthy codes.”

Christopher Bailey, Burberry’s Chief Creative and Chief Executive Officer, has said, “Mr. Burberry is our most significant men’s fragrance to date. Inspired by the iconic Burberry trench coat and by London, a city of great contrasts and contradictions. It is traditional yet irreverent, elegant without being pristine. It perfectly encapsulates a mood and an attitude that today’s Burberry man will recognise as his own.”

The campaign is very sexually appealing and captures the scent of the perfume quite aesthetically. Not meant for all the audiences, the campaign is targeted at the niche male market, which are genderless in nature (not gender biased) but have a sexual spectrum in them.
