Designer Sabyasachi completed his glorious 20 years in the business this year and to celebrate this monumental milestone he organised a show in Mumbai tonight. He is a designer who finds a fan base in every age group and every girl and woman wants to own at least one Sabyasachi piece in their closets. His tonight's show saw two young girls, Janhvi Kapoor and Ananya Panday, take front row seats. They are Sabyasachi fans and it was cool to see them not to the traditional Sabya look, but opt for more age appropriate Sabya.
Janhvi Kapoor looked red hot in a sheath, raw silk dress from the designer. Her sleeveless dress fit her like a glove and had Sabyasachi's signature, gold floral embroidery on the skirt. The dress looked gorgeous on her and I like she didn't over style it. The nude pump was a good choice and she finished her look out with tear drop earrings and hair worn in casually tousled curls. We appreciate this look on her and she did get it all right.
To Janhvi's red was Ananya's black and gold look. She wore a voluminous black top with an exaggerated bow detail and an open back, and paired it with an embroidered and embellished mini skirt from Sabya. The look was styled with a pair of black ankle straps, a tangerine lip and hair worn in a sleek back ponytail. I love this more modern take of Ananya and she looked so pretty.
