Neha is a huge fan of Payal Singhal's designs, so it made complete sense that she wore a fresh off the runway Payal Singhal design on the red carpet.
She looked gorgeous in a printed top and lehenga skirt. What I like more is the styling. The updo, the kundan necklace and earrings with that metallic clutch... she looked regal!
