Who wore Pankaj and Nidhi better : Neha Dhupia or Celina Jaitly

At the Lakme Fashion Week Finale earlier tonight, we spotted Celina Jaitly wearing blue long sleeve Pankaj and Nidhi gown that had an exaggerated rose detail on it.
Interestingly, we have this dress on Neha Dhupia previously, back in September of 2013, when she had joined the designer duo for their preview event for Blender's Pride Fashion Week.
While they both look pretty, I'm team Neha here. Her interesting hair-do and the length of the dress makes her the winner for me. Celina's dress was an inch or two too long.
