Style wars-Geek chic: Chitrangada Singh vs Hazel Keech

Both Chitrangada Singh and Hazel Keech went the geek chic route at the Dabangg premiere. Apart from sporting similar oversized spectacles, they both did the same denims-heels-blazer look. While Chitrangada went for a white blazer teamed with a black tank and orange heels Hazel opted for a printed top, black blazer and heels to match. The earrings on Ms. Keech were not needed.
Who wears the look better?
P.S. I don't understand the dress code at Bollywood premieres. While some actresses choose to go the red carpet/gown/formal Indian wear look, others turn up in totally casual attires like shorts, specs, denims etc. Doesn't the invite specify a uniform dress code??!
