You have to dress according to your music to a certain extent. It would be ridiculous to wear leather pants if you were an acoustic folk singer or a gown if you were performing at a rock concert.
When performing with my band for college shows, I wear Converse shoes as they are comfortable to move around in.
I would wear a cool pair of jeans on which you can add personal stuff
I love to cut up t-shirts. I don’t always find good t-shirt prints in women’s sizes, so I cut them up and tie them to fit my body.
I have a lot of junk jewellery that I’ve collected over the years. While making music, I used to wear a particular necklace a lot. I’d put it together myself. It was a necklace with a heart key-chain attached to it.
