In lace dresses: Sonam Kapoor vs Parineeti Chopra?

We spotted Parineeti Chopra in a Latin Quarters blue lace dress which reminded us of this black one we saw on Sonam Kapoor a while back. Both sheath dresses boasted of a lace yoke and sleeves, worn with hair pulled into a ponytail. I am gravitating towards Sonam's look for some reason, she wears it more chicly. There's nothing wrong with Parineeti's look, but it's too girl-next door. Maybe bright lips, a stack of bangles or statement earrings would have helped.
