When i saw Neha Dhupia on the red carpet at the Zee Cine awards singapore, i got reminded of Evan Rachel Wood's red carpet appearance from the the golden globes from 2009. It was quite a talk then.
Both their outfits and the silhouttes are quite similar. Evan is in Elie Saab.
