At a promotional event for 'Best Deal TV', Neha Dhupia kept it super simple in a blue oversized dress by COS.
I would normally expect a statement neckpiece or patterned shoes with a dress as simple as this, but Neha added a cool touch with her Elie Tahari Oxford booties.
A black cuff and flawless hair and make up rounded her look out.
