Cannes 2019: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Huma Qureshi, Diana Penty: Best and Worst dressed of Day 5

Last night, we were served with some fresh new looks by some of our favourite A-listers! Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Huma Qureshi, Diana Penty, Elle Fanning and Eva Longoria were some of the A-listers who showed up in some of the most glamorous and gorgeous outfits. We couldn't get enough of some, while the others left us wondering what they were thinking! Here is the list of the best and worst dressed celebrities on Day 5 of the film festival. 

AIshwarya Rai Bachchan

The Queen of Cannes finally made her much-awaited appearance on the red carpet last evening. She opted for a dazzling gold gown by Jean-Louis Sabaji for the event. The metallic golden-yellow one-shouldered number hugged her in all the right spots and showed off her toned hourglass figure. It came with a sweetheart neckline and a small slit followed by a long trail. We thought Ash’s outfit choice was quite a bold and experimental choice but wished she opted for something more red-carpet worthy.

Huma Qureshi

The Badlapur actress made her red carpet entry in a pretty grey outfit by Gaurav Gupta. The outfit had multiple layers and an off-shoulder, which gave it some character. She paired this with stunning chandelier blue earrings and a pretty diamond ring. She opted to keep her makeup soft for this look. While the outfit is pretty, we definitely think she could have picked something more red-carpet worthy. 

Diana Penty

The Happy Bhaag Jayegi actress rocked the red carpet yesterday. We thought she was by far the best dressed in the lavish gown by Nedret Taciroglu. We loved everything from the feathers to the sweetheart neckline and how well it looked on her. 

Eva Longoria

Joining the bandwagon, the actress looked sultry in a sexy green frock dress by Atelier Zuhra. It was shimmery and showed off her hourglass figure. She looked slim and sexy in the outfit that featured mirrored detailing on the bodice. We thought she looked amazing at the event. 

Elle Fanning

One of the youngest jury members of the festival, the actress sported a pretty floral dress by Dior at the Cannes film festival. She opted for a Chopard watch and Prada shoes and we thought she looked super pretty at the event.
