Anushka Sharma, Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor: Best and Worst Dressed stars at HT Most Stylish Awards 2019

All the biggest names in Bollywood have been having a blast this awards season. Last night was no less! The who’s who of the industry turned up looking their stylish best at the HT Style Awards. Kareena Kapoor Khan, Katrina Kaif, Anushka Sharma, Shahrukh and Gauri Khan, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar and more made appearances at the event. So here’s a look at the best and worst dressed celebrities at the HT Most Stylish Awards 2019.

Anushka Sharma

First up, we have the Zero actress Anushka Sharma who donned a classic black gown by Toni Maticevski for the ceremony. Her outfit had an exaggerated sleeve on the left shoulder and ruffles around the waist. She kept her accessories to a minimum with stunning solitaire earrings. Rosy cheeks, tinted lips, smokey eyes and tonnes of highlighter made her look gorgeous for the event.

Katrina Kaif

Katrina Kaif was also present at the ceremony. She donned an Ester Abner gown with a thigh-high slit and sweetheart neckline, in her current favourite colour – red. The gown also came with a drape that she left hanging loose. She completed this look with yellow diamond drop earrings and a matching ring. For her makeup, the actress opted for glossy pink lips, blended smokey eyes, blush pink cheeks and lots of highlighter. Her voluminous hair was styled into loose waves. While the actress looked stunning, as always!

Kareena Kapoor

The Begum of Bollywood came in a Manish Malhotra ensemble last evening. The Veere Di Wedding actress looked like a million bucks in the dazzling black lehenga with exaggerated sleeves and a floor-sweeping trail. Kareena opted for her usual smokey eyes, well contoured face and glossy nude lips to complete this look. Her hair was pulled back into a sleek bun. The actress looked absolutely gorgeous, but we wish she had picked something more unconventional to experiment with her look.

Gauri Khan

The celebrated producer and designer Gauri Khan was also present at the award show alongside her husband – King Khan. She came in a black strapless gown with a thick black belt which accentuated her waist. Her makeup was rose-tinted. Pink cheeks and lips with smokey eyes and filled in brows, completed her look. She matched perfectly with her hubby who came in a black suit and shiny black shoes. The dapper King Khan looked charming and stylish as ever, beside his queen.

Sonakshi Sinha

The Kalank actress has been giving us some uber-stylish looks of late and is back at it yet again! She came in a stunning ink blue strapless Atelier Zuhra gown with a mosaic print top that opened up into a feathered gown with a floor sweeping trail. She completed her look with a diamond and sapphire neckpiece with matching earrings. Her side-parted hair was stylishly curled, while she chose to highlight her eyes with blue eye shadow that matched her dress and nude lips. She was definitely one of the best dressed at the event.

Twinkle Khanna

Much like her name, Twinkle Khanna came dressed in a twinkly gold full sleeve gown with knee length slits and a plunging neckline. Matching strappy stilettos and a clutch, completed her look. Her lustrous hair was left loose and she opted to highlight her eyes with black kohl. She looked beautiful for the event.

Diana Penty

Cocktail actress Diana Penty came in a structured black A-line gown with exaggerated puffy sleeves and a plunging neckline by Dolly J. The actress looked bold and edgy in the outfit that she paired with matching black strappy stilettos. Her hair was parted in the centre giving us a clear view of her makeup which was on fleek. Well-contoured cheekbones, filled in brows, nude lips and kohl lined eyes made for a breathtaking look.

Kiara Advani

The petite actress Kiara Advani strutted the red carpet in a look that reminded us of the 90's. She came in a hot pink ruffled A-line ruffled halter neck backless top by Shehlaa Khan. She paired it with sparkly pink pants that and strappy white stilettos and her hair pulled back into a ponytail. We thought her look was by far the worst look of the night since the actress could have done so much better.

Taapsee Pannu

Spunky actress Taapsee Pannu looked ravishing on the red carpet of the event. She opted for sparkly pants with ruffles on the side, paired with a crisp white shirt with rolled up sleeves and open buttons, by Leal Daccarett. A gold choker and stacked up necklaces, matching earrings and rings made for perfect accessories. Loose curls, winged liner and nude lips completed her look making her look like a chic vision on the red carpet.

Radhika Apte

Andhadhun actress Radhika Apte was also present at the event. She slayed it in a sunshine yellow ruffled strapless gown by Gaurav Gupta. She opted not to accessorise her look since it was bright enough. Deep red lips, a sleek bun and filled in brows completed her red-carpet worthy look.

Preity Zinta

The peppy actress looked beautiful in a black one-shouldered gown with a plunging neckline and a floor sweeping trail by Robert Abi Nader. Black stilettos and dangling earrings were her choice of accessories. Her makeup was also on fleek with smokey eyes, pink glossy lips, blush pink cheeks and poker straight hair. She looked absolutely stunning, and the outfit did complete justice to her.

Ranveer Singh

Ranveer Singh who is known for his quirky dressing sense, was also present at the award show last evening. He sported a lemon yellow suit over a classic white tee and opted for white framed sunglasses and white sneakers to complete his funky look. Only he could pull of such an outfit, we think!

Ayushmann Khurrana

The Andhadhun actor looked suave at the show in black trousers, a crisp white shirt and a black and gold blazer with a classic black bowtie. A stylish look for a stylish show!

Karan Johar

Director Karan Johar looked dazzling on the red carpet in a custom jacket by Monisha Jaisingh and Shweta Bachchan, over a black shirt and black trousers. A black bowtie and large black framed glasses completed his look.  

Vicky Kaushal

Manmarziyaan actor Vicky Kaushal looked dapper at the award show in a monochrome Manish Malhotra suit. Black pants paired with a white shirt and blazer with black lining had us swooning over this look. A matching bowtie and gelled hair completed his look.

Akshay Kumar

Khiladi Kumar was also present at the event. He wore a black suit over a simple white tee and kept it casual with sneakers and large glasses.

Arjun Rampal

Arjun Rampal made an appearance alongside Gabriella Demetriades in a classic black suit, crisp white shirt and a black tie looking handsome as ever!
