God has truly created humans with the most stunning features which automatically appeals to the eyes. While our eyes, lips and cheekbones are often spoken about, it is our nose which binds the whole face together. It is believed that as we grow older our nose keeps changing and one of the most unflattering things about aging is that our nose expands and changes. While clearly we cannot undergo treatment, we've listed down the various exercises you can do in order to keep your nose perfectly shaped. 

Nose shaping 
If you are complaining about the shape of your nose then this is for you. Make sure that you are practicing this exercise regularly. Just use your index fingers and press the sides of your nose. When you're doing this, breathe out in force. Apply some pressure on the bottom of the sides of your nostrils. Please make sure you do not breathe out with more force. Repeat this exercise 10 times for best results. 

Nose straightening 
Its amazing to see how nature has such simple and easy remedies to straighten the nose. All you've got to do is smile widely and then press your nose upwards. Do the same thing 20-30 times every day and you'll get the best results. 

Breathing exercise
Yoga gives some really good importance to the breathing exercises. Simply inhaling and exhaling heavily will give you great results. Sit upright and comfortably. Now block one nose and inhale through the other nostril and hold it on for about 3-4 seconds. Continue doing it with the other nose too. Do three sets with 10 repetitions every day to get the best results. 

Nose massaging 
This method not only changes the shape of your nose but but also cures the headaches. Massage each and every part of your nose. Start off from the bridge to the tip and the sides of the nose. Move your fingers in the circular motion. Massage your nose for about five minutes daily. 

Remove your smile lines
Smile lines can tend to get really deep and look really bad. You can eliminate these lines with these simple exercises. All you have to do is fill your mouth with air and swish off all the air in different directions and hold it up for 5 seconds. Once you've swished the air in all the areas, release the air. Do this exercise everyday to get the best results.
