Want beautiful feet? Try THESE homemade scrubs instead of heading to the spa
Don't ignore your feet while you work so hard to keep your skin looking healthy and beautiful. Ignored feet show signs of it and it may be too embarrassing to handle but just some simple home remedies can save you from all that embarrassment.
Our feet take a lot of load from us. We're on our feet for a long time every day. They come in contact with loads of dirt and impurities but even then we often forget to care for them. We miss out on a skincare routine for our feet. Our feet also need a lot of care, love, and pampering and like any other part of our body, the skin on our feet too needs a skincare routine that helps it stay beautiful, fresh and rejuvenated. Going to a spa every once in a week may not be a very practical solution. Spa's happen to be expensive and time taking and not all of us can afford such a luxury. Our moms or grand-moms never had that luxury either yet they managed to keep their feet look prettier than ever. They used home remedies for beautiful skin and that's where the secret lies. A homemade foot scrub is the best way to relax your feet and improve blood circulation and remove the dead skin cells.
Here's how you can make your own DIY scrub for beautiful feet.

1. Take some Epsom salt and mix it with a carrier oil like coconut or olive oil. Mix a few drops of peppermint oil and use this mixture to exfoliate the skin on your feet. Epsom salt and peppermint oil are known to relieve pain and relax feet and at the same time, they also get some much-needed moisturization.

2. Take some granulated sugar and mix it with some olive oil or almond oil. Use this mixture as a foot scrub and gently massage your feet for a few minutes and then let it sit for up to 30 minutes. You can also add a drop or two of your favorite essential oil if you want. This scrub helps remove dead skin cells and moisturize your skin.

3. Take some coffee ground, that is, a more granulated type of coffee powder. Mix it with some granulated sugar and a little bit of olive or coconut oil. Use this as a scrub to exfoliate your feet. Massage your feet with this scrub for up to 15 minutes before you wash it off. This scrub helps improve blood circulation and removes dead skin cells and relieve pain.

4. Crush some pineapple and make some pulp but remember that you don't need a smooth paste. Add some sugar and a few spoons of curd to this mixture. Use this mixture to exfoliate the skin on your feet for up to 20 minutes and then rinse it with water. Curd contains lactic acid which is good for your skin and pineapple has vitamins and minerals and enzymes that can work magic on your feet and leave you with beautiful and clean feet.
