Skincare Tips: Use homemade scrubs to exfoliate your hands
Achieving soft hands requires a lot of care and the best way to do it is to use homemade scrubs to exfoliate your hands and remove dry skin and the dead skin cells and moisturise your hands.
Our hands go through a lot. They suffer a lot and we put them through a lot of trouble throughout the day. We have a set skincare routine and a set hair care routine but we often ignore our hands. We all want soft and beautiful hands, but we don't really do much to care for our hands as much as we do for the rest of our skin and body. We constantly wash our hands and use handwashes and we wash our utensils with harsh soaps and the detergent that our hands come in contact with. Our hands come in contact with a lot of dirt and impurities and tonnes of bacteria and germs. We fail to clean our hands of these impurities and remove dead skin. We need to clean our hands and moisturize our hands in order to achieve soft and beautiful hands. This is why it is essential to exfoliate your hands and instead of using a chemical-based product you can use a homemade fresh scrub for your hands.
Here are recipes for DIY hand scrubs.

1. Mix 5 tablespoons of sugar with 3 spoons of olive oil and 2 drops of lavender essential oil. Mix it well and use to exfoliate your hands properly. This also helps remove dead skin from your hands and moisturizes it and makes it smell amazing as well.

2. Take a few almonds and grind them into a powder and mix it with a spoonful of honey and a spoon of milk. Mix it well and use it to exfoliate your hands and remove dry skin.

3. Take some sea salt or Epsom salt and add a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon oil. Add a spoonful of olive oil in this mixture and use it to achieve smooth and beautiful hands.

4. Mix 2 spoons of oatmeal with 1 spoon of honey and a spoonful of milk. Milk and honey help moisturise your skin and oatmeal helps remove the dead skin cells.
