Stay hydrated:

You've achieved half the glow if you follow a proper diet and hydrate yourself well. Gulp down eight to ten glasses of water, so that you are not dehydrated. Drinking a lot of fluid will also help flush out toxins from your body and skin, which will give you the perfect glow.

Exfoliate:

To get rid of layers of dead skin and cells, you should exfoliate your skin at least twice a week. You can either buy exfoliation scrubs from the market or make them at home using kitchen ingredients. Add a teaspoon of walnut powder to a tablespoon of yoghurt and apply it all over your face. Once it dries out, wash it with lukewarm water. It is a great natural exfoliator and works well for the skin.

Sleep well:

Everyone needs 6-8 hours of sleep daily. And we don't sleep enough it reflects on our face, and we look tired and dull. When we sleep, our skin cells get a boost, since the body increases the blood flow to the skin. When you compromise on sleep, you risk your skin looking drab and lifeless.

Use natural products:

Natural products works well for the skin. So use natural scrubs, exfoliants, creams and more. You can use cucumber juice on your face to remove the tan. You can also use ice cubes to reduce the under-eye puffiness. Furthermore, use watermelon juice on your face for an instant glow. And try a pack made of Multani mitti and rose water to tighten the skin.

Eat well and consume antioxidants:

To achieve glowing skin, ditch all the junk food and follow a clean diet to detox your body. It will not only help flush out the toxins, but people with acne-prone skin will also experience fewer breakouts. Include foods that are high in antioxidants to help your skin glow. Try grapes, berries and nuts like pecans and walnuts. The antioxidants in these foods have been linked to protecting your skin against UV damage, so next time you're looking for a midday snack, make sure to grab those berries.
