Feet Care: Easy daily routine to keep your sole happy and healthy all the time
You don't need to head to the spa for a pedicure or foot spa to have beautiful feet. A daily feet care routine can help you achieve the same without any hassle.
Our feet are the one part of the body that aren't much cared for. We tend to ignore the importance of feet care. We have great skincare routines and hair care routine and other such beauty routines to care for our body and skin but we often neglect our feet and fail to have a feet care routine. This isn't a good thing. Our feet take a lot of pain and come in contact with multiple types of bacteria and germs and they're very vulnerable to infections and other feet related problems like corns and cracked skin and stinky feet. This is why our feet also need a daily feet care routine just like our daily skincare regime. With winters, it's even more essential to care for our feet and have a set daily feet care routine in order to keep the skin and our feet healthy and clean and prevent any feet-related problems.
Here are some things you can do daily to keep your feet healthy and happy.

1. The one most important thing about having clean feet is washing them. You cannot ignore the importance of washing your feet with mild soap and water. This helps keep your feet clean and prevent bacteria and germs from breeding on your feet. Wash and dry your feet before you wear your shoes and wash them the minute you walk into your home.

2. Your feet can also have a dry and chapped skin which can lead to cracked feet. This can also cause a lot of dirt and impurities and dead skin cells to accumulate on your feet and make them a breeding haven for germs and bacterias and infections. Prevent this by keeping them clean and moisturized. Use a mild moisturizer or petroleum jelly to nourish and moisturize your feet daily.

3. Don't forget to exfoliate your feet once a week. Your feet also have dead skin that needs to be removed. Use a homemade antibacterial scrub to exfoliate your feet and remove the dead skin and the impurities.

4. Wear comfortable shoes that do not cause any blisters or pain in your feet. It is essential to prevent any injuries and discomfort to your feet because you spend maximum time on your feet. If anything goes wrong with them, your life and work will be hampered.

5. Go for a foot massage or a foot reflexology treatment at least once a week. You can also massage your feet at home. This helps your feet relax and improves the blood circulation in your feet. Your feet deserve a little pampering every once in a while.

6. Soak your feet in some warm water with neem leaves and Epsom salt every once a week. This helps your feet relax and relieves any pain and reduces foot odour.

7. Moisturize your feet and then wear socks when you go to bed. This helps your feet remain warm and clean and moisturized. Wear a sock when you opt for close-shoes to keep your feet away from any sort of bacteria and germs. Socks also protect your feet from getting chapped and cracked and it keeps blisters at bay.
