Inadequate sleep, hormonal changes, personal issues or professional ones, all of this can easily affect our mental health. While it does so, it can be seen on our face making it look dull and lifeless. While some of the mental pressures or issues take time to deal with (we are all about that mental peace!) but sometimes you cannot afford to look lifeless if you have somewhere important to be at. Here is a little something you can do to brighten u that dull, pale face for a healthy-looking glow naturally!
HOT SHOWER

If you are down in the dumps, a hot shower can easily rejuvenate you making you feel refreshed. Just stand under a hot shower and let it do its magic. It will instantly make you feel energized while getting rid of all the bad toxins you've been accumulating. The hot water also helps to increase blood circulation in the body that can easily bring a healthy glow to your skin.
ICE DUNK

Take a bowl of iced water and dunk your face in it. It may sound like a crazy idea but it is one of the best things for your face. Even Hollywood stars do it! It de-puffs your eyes, increases circulation and tightens the skin. So if you've been low and it is showing on your face, this is the right hack to use.
SUNLIGHT

If you have been indoors for a long while, it can be the reason for your skin looking dull. Give your skin the much-needed vitamin D and natural air. Just step out of the house for a while and meditate if necessary. Your skin will instantly feel rejuvenated.
FACE MASK

We don't know if you must have tried it or not but face masks do really help in bringing back the lost glow of your skin. Use your favourite ingredients and prepare a face mask. Give your skin the much-needed hydration and nutrients for it to glow.
SLEEP
Dark circles and patches can be a reason for the lack of sleep. Catching up on your sleep is one of the best ways to get the lost glow back. Make sure you are not stress-sleeping (many people use sleep to hide away from the world). Consider sleep as meditation and you can also use essential oils for a deeper and sound sleep.
EAT HEALTHY

One of the major reasons for the loss of your glow can be the lack of nutrients in the body. Avoid binging on all the junk and opt for some colourful and fresh fruits/veggies. Nothing works like healthy nutrients, proteins and vitamins. It will make your skin glow from within.
MAKEUP

For days when you literally do not have anything, makeup can come to your rescue. Using your favourite blush and highlighter can make your skin look glowy without putting a lot of effort. One thing that you should know is that if you are dealing with something mentally and it has started showing on your face, makeup will only help you till a certain level. It is important to deal with the mental issues first.
