1. Virat Kohli- The skipper of the Indian cricket team was the top scorer in the match against the Afghanistan where the entire batting crumbled due to their Afghan's efficient bowlers. He has been in an extraordinary form since several years and will be looking forward to bring the cup back home after 8 long years. 2. Mohammed Shami- The Indian bowling line-up has been extremely consistent throughout the tournament. Each and every bowler in the team has contributed in their own way of playing the game and it was Mohammed Shami who provided a team a breakthrough in the match against the Afghans. With a hat-trick in the game, he became the second Indian bowler to score a hat-trick in a World Cup match. In his spell of 9.5 overs, he claimed 4 wickets and gave away just 40 runs in a close encounter where the Men in Blue won by 11 runs.
