Welcome To New York: Sonakshi Sinha is the perfect fangirl of Salman Khan in Nain Phisal Gaye

Sonakshi Sinha is gearing up for the release of her upcoming movie, Welcome To New York. She is paired opposite Diljit Dosanjh for the first time. 

A new song from the movie was out today and it's titled Nain Phisal Gaye. In the music video, we see Sonakshi and Diljit indulging in a conversation where Dosanjh asks Sinha to imagine taking the measurements of Salman Khan. 

We then see Sonakshi and an all macho and bodyguard, Salman wooing Sona with his charm and wit. 

Every Salman fangirl will relate to Sonakshi's expressions and it is a hilarious music video with another glimpse at the chemistry of the Dabangg pair. 

The song is sung by Payal Dev, the music is by Sajid-Wajid and the lyrics are penned by Kausar Munir.

Talking about reuniting with Salman for the song, Sonakshi told a leading tabloid, "It was really exciting to be reuniting with Salman for our third film together after Dabangg and Dabangg 2. We shot the song entirely in New York. It was nostalgic in many ways, the romantic, melodious song has been filmed beautifully."

In an EXCLUSIVE interview with Pinkvilla, when Diljit was asked how different is Welcome To New York compared to his previous films, he answered, "Very different kyunki ek event pe based hai, IIFA pe based hai aur aisi film maine pehli kabhi koi ki nahi thi jahan IIFA bhi ho raha tha aur saath saath mein shoot bhi chal raha tha. Toh mere liye bilkul naya tha experience ke kaise karenge yeh log shoot. So main iifa pe perform bhi kar raha tha saath mein film bhi shoot ho rahi thi. I had no clue kya ho raha tha lekin inhone kaise banayi picture mujhe kuch idea nahi aur main mubaarak baat deta hoon ke aise maahol mein picture ban kaise gayi. Mujhe toh nahi lagta tha ke aisi picture ban sakti hai (This film is very different as it is based on an event, on IIFA and I have never worked in a film like this before where the award function and the shooting for the film was taking place simultaneously. This was a new experience for me that how they will shoot. I was performing for IIFa as well as shooting. I had no clue what was going on but they made the film and I want to appreciate them for making the film. I don't think a film like this can be made)."

Directed by Chakri Toleti, Welcome To New York also stars Diljit Dosanjh, Karan Johar, Riteish Deshmukh, Boman Irani, Lara Dutta, Sushant Singh Rajput and Rana Daggubati.

Welcome To New York is slated to release on February 23, 2018.
