Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma's Mumbai reception took place last night.
Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma stunned all when the couple got hitched in a private ceremony in Tuscany, Italy, on December 11, 2017.
A joint statement was made by the couple which reads as, "Today we have promised each other to be bound in love forever. We are truly blessed to share this wonderful news with you. This beautiful day will be made more special with the love and support of our family of fans and well-wishers. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey."
Last night, the newlyweds hosted their second wedding reception in Mumbai which was attended by the who's who of Bollywood and cricket including Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Sachin Tendulkar, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh and Zaheer Khan to name a few.
Anushka looked gorgeous in a dull gold heavily embroidered and embellished lehenga set, which was teamed with a matching dupatta, cinched at the waist with a belt. On the other hand, Virat looked handsome in a navy velvet bandhgala which he paired with a pair of white pants and brown shoes.
While many inside-the-venue videos have been circulating on social media, we got our hands on one which shows Virushka's Punjabi side. The couple is seen letting their hair down, going all out and flaunting their amazing dancing skills.

Now that the wedding festivities are over, the couple will travel to South Africa where Virat will start prepping for the upcoming series and Anushka will spend New Year’s Eve with him and return in the first week of January to begin the next schedule of Anand L Rai’s film with Shah Rukh Khan in Mumbai. She will also start prepping for Sui Dhaaga as the shooting for the same starts in February 2018 with Varun Dhawan. Anushka will also be busy with the marketing and promotions of Pari which is releasing on February 9, 2018.
Virat, on the other hand, will be playing the series in South Africa for 2 months which includes three Tests, six One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches.
