Amidst growing speculation about their wedding, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have finally announced their wedding. The couple who had been dating for over four years finally tied the knot in a private ceremony at a luxurious resort in Tuscany in Italy. Anushka and Virat wore Sabyasachi outfits for their big day. The couple looked every bit royal in their wedding attire.
Anushka walked down the aisle in her designer bridal outfit and was quite emotional. The teary-eyed actress looked beautiful as she walked up to the mandap. Virat Kohli comforted the actress before the wedding ceremony began. Check out the video!
The couple will be hosting wedding receptions in Delhi and Mumbai. Virat will be hosting a reception for his extended family on 21st December and Anushka’s family will host a reception in Mumbai on 26th December. Sachin Tendulkar, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Yuvraj Singh will be attending the wedding reception.
Anushka and Virat are expected to return to Mumbai soon. The couple made an official announcement on their social media account by posting, “Today we have promised each other to be bound in love forever. We are truly blessed to share the news with you. This beautiful day will be made more special with the love and support of our family of fans & well wishers. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey.”
They also shared photos from the wedding ceremony with their fans.
