Watch: Shah Rukh Khan takes us down the memory lane; says 26 years have gone by in a flash
Shah Rukh Khan completed 26 years in the film industry. In a video shared by his wife Gauri Khan, the superstar takes us on a nostalgia trip talking about his journey, kids and much more.
Superstar Shah Rukh Khan made his debut in the year 1992 with the film Deewana. He has conquered the audience's hearts with films like Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, Darr, Devdas, Don, Chak De! India, Dear Zindagi and many others.
The actor is called the Badshah or the King Of Bollywood. He enjoys a very huge fan following across the globe. He completed 26 years in the film industry and in this time, he never left a chance to make the audience laugh, smile or cry with his performances and even the beautiful speeches.
Today, Shah Rukh Khan's wife Gauri Khan took to her Twitter page to share a video in which SRK takes us on the journey of his 26 years not only of his films but also his personal life. The video starts with the background score of Zero and Khan entering the shot from his terrace.
The superstar talks about his first film to how he got the tag of a romantic actor, Badshah and also about the love of his life - his kids Aryan, Suhana and AbRam.
Shah Rukh Khan also speaks about taking challenges with films Asoka, Paheli, fulfilling his childhood dream of becoming a superhero with Ra One and receiving flak for doing Happy New Year. He says that the negativity is accepted with the position he is in.
The video is shot in his lavish mansion Mannat where thousands of his fans visit daily to get a glimpse of their favourite actor. SRK is seeing waving out to his fans from the terrace where he stands to greet his fans during his birthday and festivals.
The actor ends the video by saying, "Here I am in 2018, playing a vertically challenged person, but still standing tall with all of your love. From Raj to Don to Rizwan to Raees to Baua, thanks for loving me so much. And all these years have really gone by in a flash. 26 years now, which is half my lifetime, aur abhi bhi aisa lagta hai ke picture abhi baaki hai mere dost. Shuru se shuru karte hai, Zero se."
Gauri Khan captioned the video, "26 years of precious memories... @iamsrk"
Shah Rukh Khan quoted her tweet and wrote, "This journey is incomplete without u all. Here’s telling all of u who made this possible how happy u make me feel."
