Sara Ali Khan could not stop gushing about her stepmother and actress Kareena Kapoor Khan during a candid interview. The Simmba star stated that she has willed Bebo into her life as she is a die-fan of hers.
Sara Ali Khan dominated 2018 like wildfire as she made her big Bollywood debut with Abhishek Kapoor's Kedarnath opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. She then went on to star opposite Ranveer Singh in Rohit Shetty's Simmba. While Kedarnath gathered the newcomer some critical acclaim, Simmba was amongst the biggest blockbusters of 2018. Her popularity has increased three-fold now and there are many comparisons being drawn between Sara and her stepmother, Kareena Kapoor Khan. On many occasions, Sara has spoken fondly about the Good News actress and how she has been a positive influence in her professional life.
During her interview on Famously Filmfare, the actress, who is a major fan of Kareena's character Poo from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001), could not control her excitement over having Bebo as her stepmother. Sara gushed, "Can you imagine I have Poo as my stepmother!" Further talking about Kareena, the actress shared, "People tell me that I have willed this to happen. I have been such a die-hard Kareena fan that I have willed her into my life. This is what I get."

Earlier, when Sara was asked what she would like to imbibe from Kareena in terms of her personality, the newcomer revealed at Kedarnath's trailer launch, "Kareena Kapoor Khan is amazing in the way she works and is extremely professional. If there is anything, I would like to learn from her is the professionalism. I would like to imbibe her professionalism in me."
