Watch: Kalank co-stars Varun Dhawan and Sonakshi Sinha give us Monday motivation goals

Taking a break from Sui Dhaaga: Made in India promotions, Varun Dhawan recently headed to Bangkok for a commercial shoot. But Varun didn't let it affect his workout schedule. He shared a video on his Instagram page where he is working out by punching a bag. The Badlapur actor captioned it, "Hitting the bag after nearly a month that to in Bangkok.This months gonna be a roller coaster ride with #suidhaaga coming up have a lot of things lined up. You got to keep punching even if you get punched just keep on hitting back #itstime".

Even Sonakshi Sinha shared a video where she is doing her arm workout. Sona often keeps sharing photos and videos from the gym on her Instagram page. She captioned the post, "ARM-ageddon!!! Working on the toughest to tame part of my body... slow and steady! @namratapurohit #pilatesgirl #armworkout #mondaymotivation". Both Varun Dhawan and Sonakshi Sinha's workout videos are giving us Monday motivation to hit the gym.

Varun Dhawan and Sonakshi Sinha will be seen in Abhishek Varman's Kalank. The film also stars Alia Bhatt, Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Dutt, and Aditya Roy Kapoor.

Talking about Sui Dhaaga, the film also stars Anushka Sharma. This is Varun and Anushka's first film together. Sui Dhaaga is slated to release on September 28, 2018.

Sonakshi was last seen in Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi. She will be next working with Salman Khan in Dabangg 3.
