Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone took to their respective social media handles recently to issue a statement, confirming the wedding rumours, that have been rife since the start of 2018. The future bride and groom revealed that they were getting married during the dates, November 14-15, 2018 but did not disclose the wedding venue. The couple has been receiving congratulatory messages from their industry friends such as Priyanka Chopra, Sonam Kapoor, Karan Johar, Karisma Kapoor and Tiger Shroff as well as millions of DeepVeer fans.

The city of Dubai had a unique way in which they congratulated the soon-to-be-married couple. At the Dubai Fountain, which is amongst the major tourist hotspots, they played popular songs of both Deepika and Ranveer. We got our hands on a video shared by a fan when the  Bollywood music was playing. The song heard in the video is from Deepika's debut film Om Shanti Om (2008) titled Dhoom Tana. When it comes to the wedding venue, DeepVeer may get married at Lake Como, Italy, or else, it will take place in Mumbai and Bengaluru. As far as the guest list is concerned, amongst those invited from Bollywood are reportedly few which included Shah Rukh Khan, Arjun Kapoor and Rohit Shetty. Also, there is a no-phones policy to keep the wedding ceremony private.
