Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were in Delhi to attend the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit. The lovebirds talked about their career, their passion for films and opened up about their first impression of each other. Deepika Padukone looked gorgeous in a Sabyasachi saree, nude make up and a beautiful necklace completed her look. Ranveer Singh looked dapper in his Simmba avatar in a brown checkered suit. The couple talked about their passion for films and revealed that they were always inclined towards the movies and wanted to work in the industry.

Ranveer and Deepika also shared their first impression of each other. While Ranveer saw her at an event in a beautiful gown, he could not stop thinking how anyone can be so gorgeous, Deepika said that she had heard of Ranveer Singh and his debut film through her then agent, but her first thought was that he is not her ‘type’. They finally met at a restaurant and interacted for the first time on his birthday. He said that he was conscious when he met Deepika for the first time as he had hives due to an allergy.

The couple dodged the question about their marriage. When asked when the wedding is, Ranveer said that super enthusiastic friends in the media have reported almost everything including the colour of his sherwani and the wedding presents. They also laughed off the reports saying they have been married many times earlier too. Ranveer said that they will let fans know when they decide on getting married.
