Virat Kohli hugs Anushka Sharma on the field after India clinch the T20 International series against England
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli were caught sharing a candid moment after India won the T20 International series against England. The couple, who got hitched in December 2017, were seen hugging it out post Virat's impressive performance.
It was a moment of pride for the Indian Cricket Team last evening as the team led by captain Virat Kohli clinched the T20 International series against England 2-1. While Virat made an impressive 43 out of 29 balls, Rohit Sharma’s century played a huge role in this seven wickets victory for the team in blue.
Also present at the Bristol ground was Anushka Sharma who made sure to cheer as loud as she could for her husband and everyone’s favourite, Kohli. As soon as the match was over, Anushka came on the field and was greeted with a hug from her loving husband.
A video of the same has hit the web and like always, Virushka fans cannot keep calm. Before that, Anushka was seen standing in the pavilion with Sakshi Dhoni, Ziva Dhoni, amongst others.
Anushka and Virat, who are equally busy with their respective commitments, make sure to spend some quality time with each other in between work. While Anushka frequently flies down to where Virat might play his next match, Virat is seen joining Anushka for lunch and dinner dates.
The power couple got hitched in December, last year, after being together for over 4 years. Their wedding was one of the biggest events with people literally crushing over this actor-cricketer couple.
On the work front, Anushka will soon begin promotions for her upcoming film Sui Dhaaga: Made in India wherein she plays the role of a embroider. In the movie, Sharma is paired alongside Varun Dhawan for the first time. Sui Dhaaga releases on September 28, 2018.
