VIDEO: Sridevi's last appearance at Mohit Marwah's wedding is like a bittersweet farewell

Sridevi's death is like a bittersweet wound in all our hearts and we still can't accept the fact that our very own Hawa Hawaii girl is no more with us. The actor breathed her last at a young age of just 54 owing to a cardiac arrest in Dubai. 

A few days back, a happy and bubbly Sridevi had joined Boney Kapoor and his family along with daughter Khushi Kapoor for Mohit Marwah's wedding celebrations. Janhvi skipped the wedding festivities as she was shooting for her Bollywood debut movie Dhadak opposite Ishaan Khatter. 

It was Sridevi's last public appearance before her sudden demise. We got our hands on a video of the veteran actor looking gorgeous as ever in traditional attire. 

In what is one of the last unseen footages of the late actor, Sridevi is seen saying goodbye to everybody and is blowing kisses at them while looking radiant as ever.

 This video is ironically a bittersweet farewell by Sridevi. 

Meanwhile, Sridevi's mortal remains are expected by Cargo or a private jet between 12 pm and 2 pm in Mumbai, according to Mumbai International Airport officials.

High Commissioner of India to UAE told a leading news agency, "Right now, police are engaged in forensics report. We are in touch with the family & local authorities to provide all possible assistance: Indian Ambassador to UAE."

Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi shared his condolences for Sridevi on Twitter. He tweeted, "Saddened by the untimely demise of noted actor Sridevi. She was a veteran of the film industry, whose long career included diverse roles and memorable performances. My thoughts are with her family and admirers in this hour of grief. May her soul rest in peace: PM @narendramodi."
