Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh have worked together in three films- Bajirao Mastani, Gunday and Dil Dhadakne Do. The actors are close friends and have often been spotted hanging out together at parties, when Priyanka is in the city.
Today, on International Women’s Day, Priyanka Chopra planned a special surprise for her fans. She went LIVE on Instagram and connected with her colleagues and friends, who shared the importance of Women’s Day and feminism. Much to the excitement of her fans, Ranveer Singh connected with Priyanka Chopra LIVE!
Ranveer talked to Priyanka about his attire for the day and said that the director of Gully Boy requested all the crew members to don a skirt on International Women’s Day. Ranveer also talked about the shoot of his film, Gully Boy as he connected with Priyanka from the sets of the film.
Ranveer also said, “I was raised by women- my naani, my mummy, my sister. Whatever I am today, it is because of them. They are like lionesses. I don’t know, where I’d be or what I’d be- I am what I am because of them. I think it’s great that we are celebrating women today.”
Ranveer had earlier shared, “Priyanka Chopra yells at me a lot. She thinks I’m extremely badly-behaved, which I will admit. I was very raw when we first collaborated. Our first film together was Gunday. She’d yell at me a lot. She’s one of my favourite co-actors” during an interview.
