VIDEO: Ranbir Kapoor spotted at a football practice session with Team ASFC
Ranbir Kapoor enjoys a football session with friends from the industry.
Yesterday, Ranbir Kapoor and Mahira Khan's photos from their New York trip created a stir in the industry. The duo were clicked in New York City in July this year outside Mahira Khan’s hotel. Ranbir and Mahira can be seen smoking in the pics. Ranbir’s father Rishi Kapoor reacted about this today and said, “Ranbir is a young star, he is unmarried, he’s a bachelor. He can meet anybody whoever he wants to, and if people are going to invade in his privacy, it’s not done. And I can’t say anything about all this because he’s a young man and he has the choice of meeting any girl.”
Today, Ranbir Kapoor was spotted practicing football with his team. Ranbir is a part of All Stars Football Club, the aim of which is to collect money for charity purposes. ASFC is led by Abhishek Bachchan (Captain) and includes Ranbir Kapoor, Dino Morea, Arjun Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapoor amongst others.
Ranbir has always been a football enthusiast and is the ower of Mumbai City FC. About investing in ISL and the scope of football in India, Ranbir had said, “As far as India is concerned, we have our own challenges. India is known as the sleeping giant of football. We have lots to do. But the endeavour is to make a team which will enter the World Cup. For Indian football team to enter the World Cup, we need it to set up a good team," to a leading daily.
Ranbir will be playing the Celebrity Clasico match in October this year. On the work front, Ranbir is currently busy with the shoot of Rajkumar Hirani’s Dutt biopic.
