Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli tied the knot in a private ceremony in Italy today. The couple looked beautiful in their wedding attire. Virat and Anushka donned Sabyasachi outfits on their big day.

The couple got married in front of close friends and family members. A very emotional Anushka Sharma walked upto the mandap surrounded by friends and her mother, Ashima Sharma.

Virat Kohli comforted her as she was teary eyed. Anushka and Virat exchanged garlands in the varmala ceremony and seemed to be enjoying the moment.

Anushka and Virat had been dating for over four years. The couple solemnized their relationship today. There were rumors about them getting engaged earlier this year, but Virat had rubbished it. They announced their wedding by posting photos from their wedding ceremony on their social media accounts.

They will be hosting two receptions; in Delhi on the 21^st December and in Mumbai on 26^th December. Anushka’s father has invited their neighbors for the Mumbai reception.

A source revealed to a leading daily, "Virat’s first invites were sent to Sachin Tendulkar and Yuvraj Singh, who he’s closest to in the team. On the other hand, Anushka sent her first wedding invitation to Adi and Shah Rukh Khan. SRK, too, is in the know of things because Anushka, who is very close to the superstar, was shooting for a film opposite him and has now taken a break for her nuptials."
