Veteran actor Mumtaz posts a video message, says ‘Don’t worry, my health is fine’
Mumtaz herself shared a special message from daughter Tanya’s account for all her fans. She says that she is surprised and extremely happy to know that there are people who still adore her and are concerned for her.
Internet was abuzz with rumors about the passing away of veteran actor Mumtaz. Her daughter Tanya Madhvani dismissed the death hoax and posted a video asserting that her mother, Mumtaz is hale and hearty.
In the video, Tanya had said, "There are some rumours going around that my mother wasn’t well and I would like her fans to know that she is doing brilliantly. It is just a rumour. She is in Rome with me and we are going for shopping today to buy some plants for my garden. We will be taking some pictures so you can see how fit and healthy she is. So don’t listen to anything that you read in papers or online it is all just a rumour."
Now, Mumtaz herself shared a special message from daughter Tanya’s account for all her fans. She says that she is surprised and extremely happy to know that there are people who still adore her and are concerned for her.
She also says that she is being well looked after by her daughters and that her health is fine. She thanks fans for their love and support and assures them that she is doing fine. She also requests fans not to worry as she is happy, and not ‘lonely’ as reported by many media outlets.

Mumtaz is currently spending time in Rome with daughter Tanya and her husband. Mumtaz’s elder daughter Natasha is married to actor Fardeen Khan.
Mumtaz took a break from films after the 1990 release Aandhiyan.
