Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma resume Sui Dhaaga's shoot; latter jokes it as a sad day in her life

Anushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan have resumed the shoot of their first outing, Sui Dhaaga - Made In India. The onscreen couple has started the shoot in the city.

Today, Varun took to his Instagram story and shared a video with Anushka which is too cute for words. In the video, Varun is saying that Anushka and he are back on the sets of Sui Dhaaga, while jokingly says that it is the sad day of her life. Then, he tells on the video that Anushka has given him a small cup of coffee when he asked for it.

Varun captioned the video on his story stating, "Thank u @anushkasharma"

Sui Dhaaga is directed by Sharat Katariya and has been extensively shot in Chanderi in Madhya Pradesh and Delhi. The film is set to hit the screens on September 28, 2018. In the film, Varun is seen playing the role of a tailor named Mauji and Anushka plays Mamta, an embroiderer.

Currently, Varun is shooting for Abhishek Varman's Kalank. The film comprises an ensemble cast including Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur along with Varun. The epic drama will hit the screens next year.

While Anushka will next be seen in Rajkumar Hirani's Sanju starring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. In the film, Anushka will be seen playing the role of an autobiographer.

She also has Zero co-starring Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles. The film will release on December 21, 2018.
