Tom Hardy could be the next Mogambo if Mr India sequel is ever made; watch VIDEO

Tom Hardy says the classic dialogue 'Mogambo Khush Hua' from Anil Kapoor and Sridevi's Mr. India in a video shared by Riz Ahmed.

Venom villain Riz Ahmed is promoting his upcoming film and his new track, Mogambo. Tom Hardy promoted co-star Riz’s new track by saying the popular dialogue, “Mogambo Khush Hua”. The dialogue from Mr. India starring Anil Kapoor and Sridevi had Amrish Puri play the role of Mogambo. The catchphrase is quite popular and with Tom Hardy saying it like a pro, we wonder if he could play Mogambo in the sequel of the film, if it is ever made. Riz’s single is all set to release on October 3, 2018 and he said on Jimmy Kimmel Live that his song is inspired by the character Mogambo.

Riz posted, “Tom Hardy gives us his best #mogambo - what’s the verdict? Think u can do better?,” with the video on his Twitter account. Tom Hardy plays the lead role in the movie whereas Riz plays the antagonist. With Riz’s tweet with Tom Hardy, fans are doing their own impressions of the dialogue and are sharing it on social media. Riz has also asked fans to make videos with the classic dialogue and send it to him. Riz is best known for his performance in The Night Of for which he won an Emmy Award. He is also known for working in Rogue One: A Star Wars story, Jason Bourne, Nightcrawler, The Reluctant Fundamentalist amongst others.

There was talk about Mr. India’s sequel however after Sridevi’s unfortunate demise the film has been shelved. Sridevi was reportedly excited about the film’s sequel and she had said that wherever she goes, people ask her about it. Boney Kapoor was to make the film. However, the Kapoor family has now decided not to make the film’s sequel.
