Throwback Video: Mahira Khan's Bollywood dance moves to Sweety Tera Drama will make you miss her

Mahira Khan became a household name with her stint in the famous Pakistani series Humsafar (2011-2012), opposite Fawad Khan. Just like Fawad, Mahira burst into the Bollywood scene with an impressive stint in Raees (2017) opposite Shah Rukh Khan. However, the ban on Pakistani artists from starring in Indian movies has put a damper on her could-have-been flourishing start in B-Town. We have to admit that we do miss the actress and her throwback dancing video is proof of that.

We got our hands on a video of Mahira from her best friend's wedding which took place a few months back. In the video, Mahira, who is dressed in a mint green traditional attire is seen shaking a leg to the popular Bollywood dance number Sweety Tera Drama from the Kriti Sanon, Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkummar Rao starrer Bareilly Ki Barfi (2017). The actress is seen dancing with a friend while the audience cheers them along. Watch the fun video below.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Mahira was last seen in Saat Din Mohabbat (2018) opposite Shehryaar Munawar which did decent business at the box office. The actress will also be reuniting with Fawad on-screen in Maula Jatt 2 which also stars Hamza Ali Abbasi and Humaima Malik and is directed and written by Bilal Lashari.

Mahira and Fawad had a mini-reunion in Toronto at the Hum Awards 2018 as the actress was awarded in the category of Recognition Award Films. Fawad presented the award to Mahira and their picture together melted hearts all around.
