Sui Dhaga Logo Reveal: Big thumbs up to Varun Dhawan-Anushka Sharma’s film as it travels to the heart of India
Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma revealed the logo of their upcoming film Sui Dhaaga: Made In India. Watch the video as they take us to different places in India and introduce us to different tailors and artists.
Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma have paired up together for the first time for the film Sui Dhaaga: Made In India. We have already seen their simple and desi looks for the film that the actors and the makers of the film earlier shared. Today, Varun and Anushka revealed the logo of their film Sui Dhaaga. In a video, the actors talked about different tailors and people who show their art and put it in making a cloth look beautiful. Varun and Anushka reveal that for the logo of the film, they traveled throughout the country to find artists who will create a logo for their film. Varun says that some artists are hidden in such places in India that it's difficult to reach out to them. But Anushka said that they were rigid and made sure that the stencil reaches everywhere. Then, in the video, we are introduced to different artists in India and they all started working out on the logo of Sui Dhaaga film.
The logo for the film been done in a striking, globally popular Indian hand needlework forms of Kashida and Sozni from Kashmir, colourful Phulkari from Punjab, the intricate thread work forms Rabari and Mochi Bharat from Gujarat, Phool Patti from Uttar Pradesh and Zardozi work from Lucknow. This Sui Dhaaga logo can also be created in Rajasthan's prominent crafts like Aari, Banjara and Gota Patti, Tamil Nadu's popular Toda style and Karnataka's Kasuti design. Travelling towards the east, which constitutes of over 50 per cent of India's handloom exports, the film's logo has been made in Pipli style from Odisha, Handloom work from Assam, Kantha stitch work from West Bengal.
The different artists from every corner of the film talk about how they want the logo to look unique and make it stand out. Different artists work on different types of equipment and put their best in making a logo for the film. The entire video will not only introduce us to different methods tailors and artists use to sew and design a cloth, but we are introduced to these talented artists and their beautiful work.

Sui Dhaaga is directed by Sharat Kataria and the trailer of the film will be out soon. The film is slated to release on September 28, 2018.
