Sonam Kapoor's happiness knows no bounds as she dances at her Mehendi ceremony

Sonam Kapoor will be tying the knot to her boyfriend Anand Ahuja on May 8, 2018. The couple has been dating for a long time.

Yesterday, at the Kapoor house, a small Mehendi function was held which was attended by family members and close friends.

Today, Sonam and Anand are hosting a grand Mehendi ceremony and many relatives, friends and celebs will be attending the same.

In a video, Sonam Kapoor dances her heart out at the Mehendi function.

For the function, Sonam donned an Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla ensemble for her mehendi function. The outfit featured a high neck heavily embroidered ivory and gold blouse with cap sleeves and a deep back. The blouse was teamed up with a coordinating ivory and gold lehenga and matching dupatta. Braided low hair pleats decorated with gajras, a heavy maang-tika, jadau neckpiece, jhumkas, winged eyeliner and a fresh face of makeup finished off her look breathtakingly beautiful look. The bride-to-be co-ordinated with her partner Anand Ahuja and together they made for an adorable couple.

Earlier, Sonam and Anand's wedding was a bunch of speculations which were put to rest by a statement which was shared by the Kapoor and Ahuja families thus confirming the marriage rumours.

The statement read, "From the Kapoor & Ahuja families, The Kapoor & Ahuja families, take great joy and pride, in announcing the marriage of Sonam & Anand. The wedding will take place on the 8th of May in Mumbai. Since it is an intimate affair, we request you to respect the family's need for privacy. Thank you for all your blessings and love, as we celebrate this special moment in our lives. Thanks & Regards."
