Ranveer Singh shares a video from the ‘HOT SET’ of Simmba; check out

The shooting of Rohit Shetty’s next project, Simmba kicked off at a film studio in Hyderabad. Sara Ali Khan stars opposite Ranveer in the film. Ranveer will essay the role of a badass cop Sangram Bhalerao in Simmba.

Rohit Shetty, Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan and the film’s producer Karan Johar had teased fans by sharing a hilarious video from the first day of the shoot. Ranveer and Rohit Shetty mistook Sara Ali Khan for Amrita Singh in the funny video.

The crux of the film has been taken from Jr NTR’s film Temper. Rohit Shetty had said that Simmba is not a remake but the idea has been taken from Temper. Rohit had said that Ranveer will be seen doing full-fledged action for the first time with Simmba.

Today, Ranveer Singh shared a video from the film’s sets and captioned it ‘Mamla Garam Hai’. He can be seen with Rohit Shetty and the two hold a sign that says ‘Hot Set’.

Sara Ali Khan has been shuttling between Mumbai and Hyderabad as she shoots for Kedarnath and Simmba simultaneously.

Ranveer had shared his excitement of working with Rohit Shetty in an earlier interview with IANS. He had said that he is excited that he has earned the distinction of being Rohit Shetty’s leading man.

Simmba is slated to hit the theatres on December 28, 2018.
