It’s a star-studded night in Mumbai as all the big stars from Bollywood are present for Umang 2019 awards show which is taking place tonight. From Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Aamir Khan, to Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, everyone made it a point to be present at the show which is held annually to celebrate the great work done by the Mumbai police. While Ranbir, Shah Rukh and Alia made sure to dance away the night, a video of Ranbir’s interaction with Shah Rukh on stage is doing the rounds and boy, their interaction is sure to leave you laughing.

Ranbir is seen narrating an incident when traffic police stopped him at a signal and advised him about doing a cop film after his films flopped. He said that incidentally he has never been offered a cop film in the last 10 years of his career. To which, SRK quips that he hasn’t been offered a single cop film in his 25 years long career. SRK added, “First, I will do a film and then you.” To which Ranbir readily agreed and said that he will play a constable in the same film he plays a police officer and we honestly cannot get over their onstage banter. Check out the video right here.

Meanwhile, Ranbir made a stylish appearance with girlfriend Alia Bhatt for the event. The two made sure to enter together amid rumours of possible trouble in their paradise. The duo will be seen sharing screen space together for the first time in Brahmastra which is being directed by Ayan Mukerji. The movie is the first in a trilogy and also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy in a pivotal role.
