Pari Screamer: Think you can't get scared of Anushka Sharma now? THINK again
Anushka Sharma's latest avatar in her upcoming movie, Pari will scare you to your extreme. Screamer 4 of Pari was out today and just when you think you can't get scared of Anushka anymore, she proves you wrong.
The genre of horror is tapped in Bollywood once in a while but not enough. We still turn to Hollywood movies for a good scare but all that could change thanks to Anushka's latest movie.
Titled Pari, the movie has the eerie feeling to it which will leave you curious and the screamers especially the trailer will keep you on edge. The film is directed by Prosit Roy and also stars Parambrata Chatterjee, Rajat Kapoor & Ritabhari Chakraborty in pivotal roles.
Screamer 4 was out today and just when you think Anushka can't scare you anymore, she proves us all wrong. In the screamer, you can see Anushka sitting by the window and it is the last shot of hers that will give you goosebumps. Kudos to the background music for adding the right mystery to the reveal.

Meanwhile, about Pari, Anushka had earlier said, "We have gone by instinct in choosing good cinema, and the audiences have liked both our films. Pari is a strong, engaging story and our team is brilliant. It's the kind of project that I love producing and delivering to audiences."
When asked the reason for choosing a horror film as her next, Anushka revealed, "Love stories also don’t work at times, but there are lesser examples to make here. This genre isn’t one that has been tried-and-tested. I believe it’s got an untapped potential. India watches a lot of horror and it’s an interesting space. Horror doesn’t always have to be about ghosts coming out of closets. It’s a theme. It’s the treatment and that’s what is exciting. This genre has not been explored too well in Bollywood, which is why I got into this. I want people to always expect the unconventional from me."
Pari is slated to release on March 2, 2018.
