Padmavati Trailer: A royal Deepika Padukone, menacing Ranveer Singh and fierce Shahid Kapoor welcome you to an Epic saga

The highly awaited trailer of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati is out and it will surely give you goosebumps.

In the trailer, we are introduced to the three main characters - Rani Padmavati (played by Deepika Padukone), Maha Rawal Ratan Singh (played by Shahid Kapoor) and the main antagonist obsessed with Rani Padmavati, Alauddin Khilji (played by Ranveer Singh).

While Shahid and Deepika's chemistry and royal avatar will win you over, it is the evil and sadistic avatar of Ranveer that will haunt you and leave chills down your spine. 

Along with the amazing VFX, it is the thrilling music that will instantly leave you curious. We also get a glimpse of the climax Johar sequence performed by Deepika. You can make out from the trailer, the Sanjay Leela Bhansali grandeur touch added to the movie and how epic this magnum opus is going to be.
