Kevin Spacey has been charged with sexual assault in the US. He is alleged to have assaulted a teenager at a bar in Boston, Massachusetts, in July 2016. Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O'Keefe wrote in a statement that an arraignment is scheduled for January. 7 at Nantucket District Court. Amidst the sexual harassment charges, Kevin Spacey released a cryptic video on his Twitter account. In the three-minute old video which is titled "Let Me Be Frank", he addressed his own situation.

In the video, he said, "I know what you want. Oh sure, people tried to separate us, but what we have is too strong and powerful. After all, we shared everything - you and I. I told my deepest, darkest secrets. I showed what people are exactly capable of. I shocked you with my honestly and mostly, I challenged you. I'm certainly not going to pay the price for the things I didn't do. You wouldn't believe the worst without evidence, would you? You wouldn't rush to judgments without facts."

He shared the same video on Instagram. The social media users have given a mixed response as some are in support of the actor and some completely detested it. One user wrote, "Love it !!! You were sooooo missed. You are THE character. Slithering around and surprising us. And yes we loved it. So happy yo see you in character!! Oh please come back Frank!" Another wrote, "Even if people want him back on House of Cards. The cast and crew still feel unsafe around him. What can you do about it? The show is finished. Let it go. Let's focus on the victim of his crime. Not focus on Spacey or a TV show. We're talking real people here."

The alleged victim is the son of former US news anchor Heather Unruh, who first made the allegation during a press conference in November 2017.

Earlier, Kevin hit the headlines when employees who worked  Netflix's House of Cards accused the actor of sexual assault.
