Last night, after Salman headed back to the city post receiving bail, his family and close friends visited him at Galaxy Apartments. Amongst them was Katrina, who made a point to be with Salman yesterday.
Meanwhile, Salman was sentenced to five years for killing two blackbucks 20 years ago in Kankani village, near Jodhpur in Rajasthan, during the shooting of a multi-starrer, "Hum Saath Saath Hain".
His co-actors Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam Kothari and Sonal Bendre, who were in the SUV that the Dabangg star was driving during their alleged late-night hunting outing, were, however, acquitted by the Jodhpur sessions court.
Salman was allowed to leave the jail after the prison authorities received the bail documents, a police official said. The actor's long-time bodyguard Shera accompanied him throughout the journey along with Khan’s sisters, Arpita and Alvira.
