Janhvi Kapoor’s reaction as Sonam Kapoor tries to drop a Kaleera on her is priceless
At Sonam Kapoor's pre-wedding event today, Janhvi Kapoor heaved a sigh of relief as no kaleera dropped on her head as Sonam rubbed her wrists on Janhvi's head.
Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja’s pre-wedding event saw all her cousins and friends in attendance. The guests adhered to the dress code of white Indian traditional outfits. Sonam’s cousins Janhvi, Khushi and Anshula Kapoor were amongst the first to arrive at the ceremony.
Sonam’s chooda and kaleera ceremony also took place at the pre-wedding event at Sunteck, Signature Island.

The Mehendi ceremony had singer Sukhbir who entertained the guests by crooning the chartbusters. Anil Kapoor was the first to go on the dance floor. Karan Johar, Shilpa Shetty and Jacqueline Fernandez joined Anil.
During her Chooda ceremony too, Sonam looked pretty as ever and blushed as Farah Khan teased her saying ‘gone gone’.

The wedding ceremony will take place at Sonam Kapoor’s aunt Kavita Singh’s residence on May 8, 2018. It will be an afternoon wedding between 11 am to 12:30 pm. Sonam and Anand will exchange garlands at the temple in the bungalow. The dress code for the event is Indian traditional. Later in the evening, Sonam and Anand’s families will host a ‘Party’ which will see their family members performing. This will take place at Sonam’s close friend Samyukta Nair’s hotel The Leela in Mumbai.
