Janhvi Kapoor REVEALS Sridevi's beauty secrets in this Vogue BTS video
Janhvi Kapoor spoke at length about her Mother Sridevi's haircare and skincare routine during her interaction with Vogue Magazine. The debutante spoke about how her mom used to take care of Khushi Kapoor and her hair.
Legendary actor Sridevi and Boney Kapoor's daughter Janhvi Kapoor recently stunned everyone at the red carpet of Vogue Beauty Awards 2018. She received the Fresh Face of the Year Award and the debutante was elated to receive her first ever award. At the event, Janhvi was seen wearing a Ralph and Russo creation and she was styled by her cousin Rhea Kapoor. Janhvi donned a white feathered cape detail gown which she complemented with a pair of earrings and soft curls worn half on one side.
But prior to hitting the red carpet, Vogue shot a behind the scenes video with Janhvi while she was getting ready. At one point Janhvi spoke at length about her long and luscious locks where she revealed her mom's beauty secrets. She said, "I put a lot of food in my hair—eggs, beer, and methi. Some people also go with onion juice but methi is where I draw the line. [Mom] would make our hair oil at home with dried flowers and amla, and she’d make sure she gave me and Khushi and oil massage every three days. Whatever leftover [fruit] we had from breakfast, we’d put on our face."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Janhvi is riding high on the success of her Bollywood debut Dhadak which hit the screens on July 20, 2018. The film was directed by Shashank Khaitan and starred Ishaan Khatter opposite Janhvi. Dhadak has already crossed Rs 50 Crores in 2 weeks. The movie is a remake of 2016 blockbuster Sairat which was directed by Nagraj Manjule and starred Akash Thosar and Rinku Rajguru in the lead roles.
