The trailer of Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga starring Sonam K Ahuja, Rajkummar Rao, Anil Kapoor and Juhi Chawla is out. The film is slated to release on February 1.
The trailer of Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga is finally out today. Directed by Shelly Chopra Dhar, the film stars Sonam K Ahuja, Anil Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and Juhi Chawla in the lead roles. A few months ago, the makers had shared a teaser of the film which started with Anil's song 'Ek Ladki Ko' from his film 1942: A Love Story. The makers had given the tagline - Some love stories are simple... and some love stories are just a सियापा। to the teaser that was shared earlier.
The trailer is all the more beautiful than the teaser which gives us insight on different relationships. It is not a love story we expect from a typical Bollywood movie. Set in the backdrop of Punjab, where essence of the culture is there with lots of love, endearing emotions and of course, a bit of drama. The stars have been giving us clues that this is an unexpected love story which will make us think about love. They even used the hashtag #LetLoveBe and after watching the trailer, we finally understood what they meant.

This is the first time Sonam and Anil have worked together and will be seen as father-daughter on the screen. Rajkummar Rao is essaying the role of a writer named Sahil Mirza.
Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga is produced by Rajkumar Hirani and Vidhu Vinod Chopra. The film is slated to release on February 1, 2019.
