Karan Johar hosted a birthday bash for his twins Yash and Roohi as they turned a year old today. The filmmaker hosted a birthday bash at his residence and invited his industry friends for a private celebration.
Deepika Padukone also made heads turn at the party. She looked beautiful in a pink outfit and styled her look with sunglasses. The gorgeous actress even waved out to the paparazzi.

KJo recently turned an RJ on 104.8 Ishq FM with a show Calling Karan. During a fun segment, when a caller asked Karan to name the ideal daughter-in-law, he had said,’’ Deepika Padukone.’’
Lauding Deepika's performance in Padmaavat, Karan showered praises on her and Bhansali. "Deepika looks stunning. That's one thing about Sanjay Leela Bhansali, his aesthetics are always beautiful, always stunning and the best. His sense of visualisation, beauty is the best we have in the country," he had said.
Talking about the birthday plans, he had told a leading daily, "It's a small birthday party at home, with just kids their age. I want to keep it simple and intimate this year."
Talking about Yash and Roohi, Karan wrote in his open letter, “As you grow up, people will try to label you according to colour, looks, religion, popularity and money. People will gossip about you, but know that no one can label you. Just because you are different, it doesn’t make you wrong. You may be treated differently in school; mothers of your classmates will come to drop them, but you will have your father to take care of that. While most of your classmates’ mothers will make a WhatsApp group to discuss your homework, I will be the only father in it.''
