Deepika Padukone’s workout video will give you fitness goals
Deepika Padukone's film Padmavat will release later this month.
Deepika Padukone is currently on a break from shooting and has been focusing on other professional commitments. She shot for BFFs with Vogue with her sister Anisha Padukone at a suburban studio today, hosted by Neha Dhupia.
Deepika who returned from Maldives two days ago was spotted at the gym today. Her trainer shared a video of her working out and we are totally inspired. Are you? Check out the video here!
About her fitness regimen, Deepika had said in an earlier interview, “I do regular exercise, yoga, eat healthy and positive thinking is what makes me look good. I do a lot of free-hand weights and 4 to 5 sets of stretching exercises with 20 reps, in between pilates or stretching routines.”
In another interview, Deepika had said, “I was always slim but I knew my body had the potential to really look defined. I wasn't fat or out of shape, but I wanted to look a lot better. Pilates and Strength training did wonders for my tone and definition. I may have lost maybe a kilo or two at the most in all this time, but have lost inches all around and it shows. I try and exercise as often as I can, but when I'm travelling or shooting, I tend to skip it for days on end."
On the work front, Deepika will soon start shooting for Vishal Bharadwaj’s next based on the life of Sapna Didi. Her next film, Padmavat will also release this month.
