Deepika Padukone and sister Anisha Padukone shot for ‘BFFs with Vogue’ today with Neha Dhupia. The sisters were in an upbeat mood and gave candid answers to all questions. They played interesting games with Neha and had fun on the sets.
In one of the segments, Deepika did the catwalk on the sets and her hilarious expressions made us LOL!

Deepika had been a successful model before she joined films. Designer Wendell Rodricks had revealed recently, “I showed a collection at a Fashion Week...it was a game changer for Deepika. Director Farah Khan asked my friend Malaika to suggest a new model to star opposite Shah Rukh Khan for her new film. Om Shanti Om did not have a working title at the time. I suggested Deepika who was barely two years into modelling. I made her open the show and told Malaika that the first girl I was sending out was the one I recommend. Malaika liked her, conveyed the same to Farah and a screen test was done. The rest is history."
About her modeling career, Deepika had said, “I realised that I was playing the game only because it ran in the family. So, I asked my father if I could give up the game and he wasn't upset at all."
On the work front, Deepika will be seen in Padmavat which is slated to release on 26th January. After the film’s release, the actress will start working on Vishal Bharadwaj’s film, a biopic on Sapna Didi.
